Uninstall (deletes this location)

Uninstall Optigram from the GHL Marketplace for that location, or cancel the location’s Marketplace subscription. Optigram removes the Telegram webhook and deletes mappings, encrypted tokens, opt-in tokens, and message-log rows for that location. Reinstalling OAuth creates a new install — previous mappings are not restored.

Delete stored data

In the dashboard, Delete data (confirm the location id) runs the same purge as uninstall. You can also email support@optigram.app from an address tied to the agency or location and name the GHL location id.

When a GHL contact is deleted, Optigram receives ContactDelete and purges that contact’s Telegram mapping, related log rows, and unused opt-in tokens automatically.
